Several appearance features of VivoQuant may be customized in the Display panel, including General display information, Maximum Intensity Projection attributes, and Color Palette defaults.


Option Description
Font Style Several font styles are available for display in the Main Window.
Font Size Controls the size of the displayed text in the Main Window
Cross-hair style A variety of cross-hair styles are available for use in the Main Window.
Cross-hair color Cross-hair color options include red, yellow, magenta, white, green, and blue.
Pal Path Pal files hold the color map information for the different Color Palettes available in the VQ.
Preview Panel Displays a preview of the font and cross-hair selections.
Orientation Provides option to view the data in the Radiologist View (face to face) or Neurologist View (mirror). Diagrams are used to show the difference.

Maximum Intensity Projection

Option Description
Frame Time - Display Sets the amount of time for which each MIP projection image is displayed in a saved movie.
Frame Delay - Movie Sets the delay time between MIP frames in a saved movie.
Sync mode With sync mode enabled, only completed MIP frames will be displayed. With sync mode disabled, the MIP will freely rotate at all times but will display a message in place of the MIP for uncompleted frames.

Color Palettes

Option Description
Type Sets the method for determining the range of the color palette. Options are to set the Window Min/Max or the Window Level/Width
Palette The default Color Palettes for the first three loaded volumes of each Modality are set. Inputs beyond the third of a particular modality follow the palette of third.
